Q:How do I access the link to an event?

A:  Immediately after purchasing a ticket, you will receive and email with the event link and password at the email to which your Togather account is registered to. The link will only go live 15 minutes before an event is set to start.


Q: How do I access an event if I cannot locate my email confirmation?

A: If you bought a ticket to an event but are having trouble finding the confirmation email, you can access the link to the event by following the below steps:

  • STEP 1: Ensure that you are logged into the Togather account that you used to purchase the event ticket. You can do so by following this step:


  • STEP 2:  Once you are logged in, click "my account"



  • STEP 3: Click on the "Order History" tab.  once you are there, click on the "Details" tab next to the event you are trying to access


  • STEP 4: Scroll to the bottom and find "Event Link Access" and click "click here"
