The A of our ALI™ framework, anti-racism is integral to the foundation of Togather. We understand that in a racist society, it is not enough to be non-racist you must be anti-racist.
When we unite our diverse backgrounds, passions, and experiences, the transformative power we create is unstoppable. Healthcare demands systemic change, and a collective approach is our most powerful tool.
At the heart of Togather’s platform is collective care, where wellbeing extends beyond personal responsibility to become a communal effort, shaped and supported by all of us together.
We view curiosity as a driver for continuous growth and a source of inspiration for healthcare providers to keep learning, speaking up, and pushing for change.
Humility balances our convictions, grounding us in the community and compassionately connecting us to others. It teaches us to embrace diverse perspectives, adapt, and evolve our understanding.
The I of our ALI™ framework, intersectionality is integral to the foundation of Togather. Intersectionality identifies multiple factors of advantages and disadvantages. It honors how we experience the world.
Joy is vital in our work—it revitalizes our spirits and strengthens our resolve. We celebrate the happiness that comes from caring for each other and advancing health equity.
Justice is our commitment to dismantling systemic barriers and ensuring that every individual has access to the care and resources they need.
The L of our ALI™ framework, liberation is integral to the foundation of Togather. Liberation is not only being free from harm or the constraints of oppressive forces, but also having the internal and external resources needed to thrive.
We persist in reaching our individual and collective goals knowing we have the power and support of the Togather community behind us.
